      I learn something new everyday, whether it be about technology or management. If you don't like being challenged and stretched, Kiva isn't the right place for you.

      Work/life balance can be a struggle at times. Team members are so committed. However, if you make sure you take care of yourself, it is possible.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
