Pros
Amazon is continuously innovating every day and if that is what you want the management support all the great ideas that you bring, just put it down in a piece of paper in the format of a PRFAQ and it may be funded or not. Likewise there are thousands of other product managers doing the same thing. There are very clear mechanisms to escalate things, that could be a taboo in other companies. So things move very fast. But you also have to move very fast. If you like to work, plate is full. Initial package is fairly competitive if you were able to negotiate a good package.
Cons
Performance evaluation is rigorous, and I see a lot of people put in focus or in pip, leaving. If you do an ROI, pays off if you are in top tier that exceed performance for various consecutive years. Otherwise, there may be more attractive places elsewhere.
