Pros

Work with smart people and projects can be complex/interesting

Cons

- Company tries to control you over things that don't matter i.e. first RTO3 then RTO5 then rumors of tracking average in office hours a day. When does it stop? Why does it matter? No autonomy as grown adults - Not a blameless culture, teams/individuals quick to throw others under the bus when an issue arises - RSU grants are based on an expected 15% YoY growth and we are well below that target - Seems like we were once industry leaders and now just playing catch up to companies who are doing better in certain verticals - Under the guise of the leadership principle of "frugality", the company nickels and dimes the perks given to employees. If you are forcing people to come into the office at least give them a reason to want to come in instead of charging them $10 for a crappy sandwich

Pros

Great team when you have a manager and full team that works well and collaborates well. Stock is great. And you know when youre doing well, the pay increase is roughly the same as everyone else.

Cons

Low perks compared to other FAANG companies and most teams have high turn over

Pros

Excellent pay/benefits, Safety first mindset, flexible scheduling, fantastic training program, phenomenal team support, convenient locations. Plenty of pathways for career advancement and full support for self promotion. Culture is fantastic. You really can be yourself and make many new friends fast. Teamwork is outstanding. Everyone is always willing to help.

Cons

Growing so fast that it's hard to keep the same manager. I've had four managers in two months. Constantly have to adapt to new procedures and changes and working locations. Always in a state of flux. Standards keep changing all the time
