Pros
everyone is constantly looking to improve things, themselves through a culture of continuous feedback. I love the fact that failing here is seen as a way to do better and to learn more about yourself as an individual and how to make the business better.
Cons
A lot of information to get through and at times too wordy, so if you are a visual person it takes a lot of times to figure things out and memorize things especially having to read all bout it!
