- Sometimes the scrum isn't 100% fully used (due some priorities, I see tasks coming in the planned board and not pointed tasks) - On call duties or unplanned issues can change your preplanned work/life balance - Depending your timezone, some meetings it will go preferred the PST timezone and it will need rearrange your day to keep up the pace on them - Sometimes you need to repeat a communication to different involved teams since they're not sync up your team's work - Different teams might contribute for your project and create unexpected behaviours
