As long as you're not on the large service teams, the work-life balance is phenomenal

You're given a lot of ownership, which also means a lot of responsibility. If you aren't careful, you can end up responsible for a lot of work but if you're careful about how you commit your time, you can maintain a very healthy WLB while still contributing meaningful work to your team
