The environment resembles a cult. You must breathe, eat, and speak Amazonian or become an outcast. The organization is full of leaders who pretend to know much more than they do. It's all about leveling, which leads individuals to steal, kill and destroy one another. Ideas are stolen, strategy doesn't exist, and collaboration is a foreign word.
