Terrible company - Anonymous employee Amcor Employee Review

Overall business is on a downward trajectory. Nobody wants plastics anymore and they’re refusing to change. Salary is lower than it should be and they don’t share any salary details on jobs. Poor vacation (unless you want to buy more and make less) but that’s only for salary employees. Leadership is pitiful- have not seen this poor of a leader in my entire career. Health insurance is horrendous for this size of a company- at least the cost of it. Coverage is OK.
