      - work life balance is in your hands. - 1:3 , from one person , three times work is expected, as not everyone in the team is contributing. - lot of hiring is done at Pune basis on mother tongue

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
