      Moshik Roth dining room, good developers and people.

      Cons

      Very bad atmosphere. Every 3 - 4 months there are layoffs, and you constantly have to worry about your position. Amdocs often assigns roles without proper compensation or updates the role only in the system.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
