      Can’t think of any Pros just like every other service based company

      Cons

      Upper management thinks anything and everything can be done with AI. They don’t have much business so employees are given zero or sub 5% hike even for extraordinary performers

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
