      Lot of Employee benefit Schemes.. Good Work Culture Good Vacations.. They have Vacation without Limits Policy

      Cons

      Too old people leading the Management, because of that they never want to Upgrade to new technology as they are comfortable with Whatever they doing since last 10-15 years.. if upgradation happen their Dependency will be gone ... if they really want to succeed , They Should Replace The old management with new Talent

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
