      Pros

      Interesting projects, interesting technology, depending on which team you are on their culture could be toxic or fantastic, I would certainly avoid teams based in Europe, decent compensation.

      Cons

      The management is running between extremums, seems like the company is driven by emotions not vision and not strategy. Amdocs DNA is services in telecom, ask yourself a question - do you really want to me be in dying market?

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
