      Pros

      Depends where you are and who you know... How well and how loud you can pressure is the way to win in there....

      Cons

      Couple weeks work slowdown and possible you will be quickly start to be pressured to find an kick out folks with higher cost. Trying to be "like" a high value consulting firm with fat margins by finding internal outsourcing to lowest cost center locations.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
