      Work Culture is great ! Salary is good . Good company to work

      Cons

      The only downside is your gets stuck. They have many learning programs but they will not help if your job profile doesn't suit it.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
