      Pros

      Amdocs has a nice working environment with no bench policy and provides nice food to eat with free breakfast and super. All employees are helpful and friendly. We enjoy on Friday evening having cake party and freshers get to know other teammates.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
