      a. Global exposure, Leaders in BSS/OSS Domain, Applications are huge and really good to work on b. Good Infrastructure, work location, facilities, c. Competitive package and Benefits

      a. Work life balance - People are Overloaded b. Should also provide some sort of training/opportunity that Employees feel a added value to their career.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
