      Pros

      Flexible work schedule is about the only Pro I can think of.

      Cons

      No work life balance. If you enjoy sitting and working 12 hours a day, then you will enjoy this company. Management does not value knowledge, they are driving the work force to India. Yearly increases and bonus are about every 3rd year.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
