Pros
Amdocs has a broad portfolio that is focused on the telecom/service provider market. If you are interested in this industry and the changes it is going through than Amdocs is a great place to be. Overall the people and their industry experience is hard to match. Pay was good and benefits were fair but had had some reductions in the last few years where they were not as strong as before.
Cons
Company is focused on Tier 1 customers and has a tough time fitting it's portfolio to customers outside that Tier 1 status. Can be a challenge to work through the bureaucracy of a large company and the different organizations involved.
