      +Flexible policies-Some employee care policies are very good. +Good onsite opportunities +Compared to service based companies, the facilities, salary hike and bonus provided by Amdocs is much better

      -Work life balance -Not much career opportunities -Becomes monotonous if in the same project for a long time
