      1) No Formals 2) Fruits and Snacks Free + 24hr Sandwich Bar 3) Good Environment and Workplace. 4) Sure Onsite (outside India) within a year. 5) Good Salary

      Cons

      1) No compensation for extra working Hours as everyone works more than regular no of hours. 2) You will not be able to switch again from this company. U will become Amdocs specific person :P

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
