      Pros

      I have worked with Amdocs for 4 years. It was a great company, but was hard to balance work/personal life. I loved the employee benefits, but did not see any career advancement in my expertise

      Difficult work/life balance. The company should engage more collaborative approach to the employees

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
