Pros
Working for a leader in software development and implementation in a vertical industry (telecommunications).
Cons
Poor communication skills of the middle/senior management team (the exception are among the managers with good to fluent English and good knowledge of the North American culture) - this is explained as the majority of the managers are coming from technical roles and minimal to none management training or knowledge. Management brings a lot of stress into the daily routine as if today is the end of the world. Among the many managers I've worked only one stood out from the crowd.
