      Pros

      Offices are thoughtfully laid out, lots of natural light, food/drink. People are very bright, deeply technical, and collaborative. Culture of learning and growth.

      Cons

      Consulting work is fast paced. Its more of a mature startup feel so folks looking for a sleepy place to sit tight won't do well.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
