      Pros

      International company with variety of work opportunities all around the world(same work in different places), many good people (in the wrong positions) working with variety of peoples and cultures.

      Cons

      Very bad management in declining market(complicated phone bills) together with culture of a system integrator company and very low thinking flexibility and disrespect of employee private life with a very shaky job security,very low technology and poor quality of products..

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
