      Pros

      good surroundings and nice fellow workers, get to see the world (although you work there most of the time), generally there is a good feel from the company and some perks.

      a bit cheap on the salary and reward side

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
