      Pros

      fair compensation and benefits, travel opportunities.

      Cons

      too much bureaucracy, very slow development process, sometimes too much pressue (esp. in Delivery), programmers are not respected and recognized as they should be, lack of career perspective for good programmers, promotions are not fair.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
