      Pros

      Work life balance is good. The work culture in general, is very employee friendly.

      Cons

      On site opportunities are immense, but not in certain teams. Weak management in terms of equal on site opportunities for all. Some products still work on very old technologies.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
