      It was a nice company earlier with lots of projects, learning and training. Ability to work with cross-functional team.

      Terrible management, do not consider anyone else important except there own people.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
