      Facilities You get the tag of working in product based firm

      Resources are loaned to other projects continuously, poor planning and poor management. Developers don't have a say even though teams claim to work in agile methodology.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
