      If one is in good terms with Management, there are good Onsite opportunities , Increments, incentives and Annual bonuses

      Cons

      Make you work really very hard and shifts of more than 13 hours are not uncommon in this company.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
