      If you are the person who want to work only on Business knowledge . And not in coding this is company for you . No work life balance . Favouritism is preferred a lot . If you work here for lot of time you become of zero value in market because the only knowledge you have is Business.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
