      Pros

      If you like to work for big diverse company, this is the place for you. You can move from project to project from site to site, change location, change position. I think that company benefits are good.

      Cons

      Uncertainty about future due to moving of services to India. Company was more people oriented in the past and it is changed with years.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
