      Pros

      pay is good; some of management is great to work with

      Cons

      hours are long there is not a work life balance as you can be involved in calls as early as 6 am and as late as 11 pm. I have seen many fellow colleagues work until 3 in the morning to get work completed. Time line are at times unrealistic and deliverables from Israel are at time lacking

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
