      Pros

      PBG is core development part of amdocs which is good . Facilities like free snacks/Breakfast ,Meal. Good vacations Cab facility Mostly working on core java

      Cons

      lack of latest technology , no learning scope if you are in OSS . Not good for freshers

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
