Good food thats it. Onsite opportunity depends on project and ur knowledge and time span spent in project

Many, 1) During interviews, Hiring managers doesn't utter a single word about Support profile, and says hiring for internal product development. 2) Too much micro management by some team leads and manager you have to extend shift 3 times a week. 3) No learning scope. 4) They will bribe you for onsite opportunities. 5) Worst in management 5) No ethical environment by some people.
