      Very good working culture (except than DVCI india) strong client base opportunity to learn a lot technically as well as domain wise

      Cons

      After introducing indian people in managment , amdocs become a worse company. They do partiality while promoting employees

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
