      Good culture and Food is good.

      Cons

      Management people are biased. A community gets priority over skills. No proper skill management. Hires people from good colleges and provide them work which is almost non-technical.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
