Pros
The only pros I can think of is the free food and free gym. That's it.
Cons
I can have a list of these : 1. Absolutely no growth. I am on the same salary that I was 2 years ago. No increments, no bonuses. They just give you reasons all the time for no hike. Pathetic. 2. You are expected to extend extensively when there is some issue. Timings are just not considered. They do not put any pressure on the on-site team. Everything is expected to be done from us, even during their support time. 3. Age old technologies are used. You are so not market ready when you plan on leaving the company. It's a super hard task. You'll have to prepare a hell lot to switch(which you would want to do eventually because your growth stops there)
