      Politics is going to ruin your career Technical managers who don’t have any emotional quotient(EQ) coz of which best employees are leaving the organisation If you are still in amdocs and planning to switch then please hurry up coz in market amdocs is losing its credibility

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
