      Pros

      All the facilities , from morning breakfasts till late night snacks are free , Gym , Rest Rooms , Recreational rooms ... good onsite opportunities (subjected to your project as well ) , good hike and salary in comparison to normal industry standards

      Cons

      No work life balance , might need to work 12 hours a day , some times on weekend as well

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
