      - Loosing way in this growing market - Too much dependent on AT&T projects - Lack of changing or adapting to new things - Management is not knowledgable enough to lead teams - Favouritism and partiality at its best !! - Old age technology

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
