      Pros

      Very good technical exposure as most of the current employees in Champaign are very highly experienced. It's a great learning.

      Cons

      Bad work environment because of work culture and mostly Desi (Indian) culture

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
