      Pros

      Average salary is at higher side in the market. Lots of short term and long term travel opportunities. Good work culture.

      Cons

      For someone like fresher, I wont recommend to join amdocs as there is not much technical work like design/coding. Hence, one cannot learn much in the intial career and might end up loosing technical expertise over the years spent in amdocs. Its good for someone with exp 5+ years.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
