      things are done efficiently., collaborative atmosphere, nice place to responsibilities and ownership. Some of the people around are very smart.

      too many managers, concerns are usually not addressed. meritorious and average performers are weighed same because work is average.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
