      Pros

      Better HR initiatives. Good work-life balance in USA/EMEA projects.

      Cons

      Wherever there is presence of Indian management, there is no life and only work. Lot of projects in APAC and new projects are coming there too but long term outlook on employee care and equal work distribution will play key role in coming future. Cost effective resources also need life without stress.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
