      Pros

      Great working environment with a lot of opportunities to learn & grow.

      Cons

      Subpar work life balance and not easy to switch projects if you dont feel good in the one assigned to you directly. As a fresher it is not asked which tech stack you prefer working in, which is a huge no no for me.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
