Pros
Good infrastructure, food options, excellent transport facility, lot of extra curricular activities for employee motivation, trying to shift to new technologies (better late than never), good for initial few years of career (junior to mid level) Very good employee policies
Cons
Not a true MNC with respect to standardized global processes, strategic vision and execution. Lot of islands within the organization with specific group of people managing the show and swapping their positions every 2-3 years and changing the direction to mark their footprint. Many initiatives ,some are good and last for long time, some doesn't. Good learning for initial few years, later it becomes monotonous unless one changes his/her role proactively via internal job change ( which is feasible most of the time via networking)
