      Great working culture. Good facilities good use of various modern technologies. They really care for employees.

      Cons

      Not every project offers best technologies and best environment. Legacy projects have very less development. No room for improvement and learning

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
