      Toxic,Blaming,No Learning,No appreciation, Job title doesnt relate to your job sometimes. If you want to learn you need to beg someone to teach you. Not united as one company.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
